1. For micro or small entity;
2. Number of source documents (sales and purchase invoices, receipts, cash cheques - any source document as per Accounting Act) sent to the supplier is up to 39; in addition, whole year's bank statement in csv and pdf format, also, if necessary, filed tax returns and opening balances;
3. Every PAYE (TSD) tax return has a single payee;
4. All transactions in up to 2 currencies, one of which is the Euro;
5. No export or import (goods outside EU), no transactions with precious metals or metal scrap, no company cars or fixed assets;
6. Source documents are whether in Estonian, English or Russian, and are submitted digitally only;
   
7. The job delivery term begins on the following working day after receipt of payment and documents, and the necessary access to the company registration portal is provided;
8. The service is considered delivered by 99% starting when an e-mail notification that the report is ready for signing (digitally) is sent to the customer;
9. Other conditions and additional services upon agreement.
