Terms and conditions

I. General terms and conditions of services:

  1. Current terms and conditions apply to services that are offered and can be ordered on the website 'annualreport.com.ee', also available on 'annualaccounts.com.ee', 'aastaaruanne.com.ee' .
  2. Services are supplied by EACC OÜ (registered in Estonia, no. 12971157).
  3. The conditions given on the order page complement the general terms and conditions or replace them in extent that is in conflict.
  4. Other written agreements between parties complement the general terms and conditions with the specific order conditions or replace them in extent that is in conflict.
  5. Agreement upon service comes into effect when full or partial prepayment is received. If prepayment is not required, then the agreement upon service comes into effect when the written order confirmation is provided by the supplier.
  6. The service is considered delivered when a result (e.g. analysis or report, ledger extract, etc.) is provided or made available to recipients or submitted according to the law (e.g. tax return, annual report), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  7. The supplier takes no responsibility for the further use of the service. In case of services related to statutory accounting, relevant requirement of the Accounting Act apply.
  8. If during performing the service will be discovered that the input data provided to the supplier is not complete or is erroneous, then the supplier has the right to ask an additional fee for additional work or complete the service based on the initial data.
