1. For micro and small entities;
2. Number of source documents (sales and purchase invoices, etc. - any source document as per Accounting Act) sent to the supplier is up to 20 monthly; in addition, bank statement in csv and pdf format;
3. Payroll (PAYE) for 1 person;
4. VAT accounting and tax returns;
5. All transactions in up to 2 currencies, one of which is the Euro;
6. Preparation and filing annual report for 12 months been serviced by us;
7. No fixed assets, no reimbursement for personal cars, no export or import outside EU, no transactions with precious metals or metal scrap;
8. Source documents are whether in Estonian, English or Russian, and are submitted digitally only;
9. Other conditions and additional services upon agreement.
